Question about Cameras
A somewhat better method for transferring pictures is to use a card reader on the computer, take the card out from the camera, put it on the card reader and plug it to the computer.
the card will show up under my computer or computer folder as a removable storage device, you can find the pictures inside, and copy them to the computer, easily.
There may be a few folders inside the card, you will find the pictures eventually inside.
Then you can copy the folder to the computer where ever you wish. just right click on the folder icon and select Copy, then go on to the computer, right click, paste.
takes a few seconds up to a minute and all the pictures will now be on the computer, if you did it properly.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
