Question about Printers & Copiers

1 Answer

Minolta CF900 Thank you very much for your response. Will be checking to see if this fixes the problem very soon. One other issue. The copier (Minolta CF900) needs to be moved from its current location. Is there a procedure to easily remove the top half of the copier from the paper handling portion (bottom) or must it be moved as one complete unit?

Normally all konica/minolta come in to pieces...You have 2 screw in front (you have to open the first or second paper cassette to see it) And there's 2 in the back...

But be carefull because you might have connection in the back, normally it's a little square in plastic that clip. Under it you'll have the connection.

It's been a long time since i work with those....so be gentle !!!

Minolta CF900

this problem is relate to one of your paper cassette probably the second one....
Try this : power off your copier, pull out all the paper cassette and then open your copier when it's done wait till your copier show ready or your error code, then open your front door and close it right away....After, pull just one paper cassette in it and wait to see if your paper been brought up, if so try the 2 one and so on....You probably have a bad mechanism to bring your paper up.....With this method you'll be able to see witch one of your cassette have a problem ! With that you'll be able to make your copier working again, just to leave the defective one out of the copier.....

Thank you !
