Software Utilities are not only the solution for a PC to run proper, you also need to clean the hardware manually and periodically, have you ever cleaned your motherboard or other components during the nine months? if not there might be lots of dust clogged on the chips of the motherboard.. Remove everything which is connected on the motherboard, clean them on by one and don't forget to clean the CPU fan as well. and reconnect everything, and see the result.
