Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
1. Download Video Download Studio, install it.
2. Go to the interface, you can download (Automatic capture) the YouTube video there directly. Tab Download to Convert, you can also click "Add" button to upload the videos from computer. You can also edit video by trim and crop functions.

did it come with software
do a google on your model and download the convert software
it probally has the format as cell phone videos but yours is probally easier.. you could just try a usb cable and port over to the folder where the videos and music is on,

ok so if it isn't working right, then hit the reset button,
and to get the stuff onit just plug it into thecomputer, then open up the my computer screen, and access the mp3 go into music.
that is where you copy and paste music.
the stuff that comes with it, are just expamples and you can follow the the same instructions ubove to delete them...
and you do know you need headphones to be plugged in to listen, speaker or not...right??

You are having a problem with the display of your Creative Labs Technology ZEN Mozaic MP3 Player. The display is showing a white screen and you have tried resetting the device and it still won't better the display? I researched your product and have found a possible solution for you! Posted below is a hyperlink to the Creative Labs Worldwide Support Website. When you arrive at the website, select your category and product, then click next. The next webpage that will pop-up will be your product's support page. It will show a list of knowledge base solution articles, firmware and applications you can download for you MP3 player. Based on my research and your description of the problem, you need a firmware update. Try one of the firmware updates listed on your product's support page. I hope this solves your white screen problem.
