If you look in the start up menu and find that it is loading programs that you dont realy need on start up. you should remove these from the menu. it will then start up faster. failing this get more ram installed.

I have vitz 2007. 1.3 litre patrol, when i cleaning throttle body i noticed that there is a gap between the throttle plates (blades) and the Bore, me mechanic told me that there is no adjustment in it and...

Do not attempt to disassemble the electronic throttle body, or the adjustment screw which is sealed with appoxy other wise you take the consequences.

The gap between throttle plate and the bore is always there which is preset at the factory and does not always mean to replace it. When the throttle body is installed, connector is attached and the car is started, and relearned the ECM brings it back to its home position automatically.
The unstable engine speed can be brought back to its default setting through the re-learning process. It can be done manually or with the help of diagnostic computer.
1.lower the driver's side window, take the key/ remote out the car, remove the battery negative terminal for 10 seconds or more. Connect the terminal back.
2. Check the coolant level, engine oil level before starting the engine.
3. Start the engine and hold the throttle pedal at 3000 rpm till the radiator fan becomes on.
4. Leave the engine at idle for seven minutes after the radiator fan becomes on.
5. Switch off the engine after seven minutes. Wait 3 seconds. The learning process is complete.
6. Start the engine and it is supposed to work fine.
If the problem persists, perform the Zero Point Calibration with the help of a Diagnostic Computer.
Before performing Zero Point Calibration be sure that the car be parked on a level floor and not be shacked during the whole process.
You can do the calibration by clicking Engine and ECT > > special function > > and then click "deceleration 0 point calibration" while you do that make sure that your car IGN switch is "ON", engine OFF and your gear shift is on "P and the engine coolant temperature above 80 degrees Celsius.

The dish washer starts to fill then stops and starts again then stops and the red light blinks on and off

Does it blink seven times, pause, then seven times, pause, seven times, etc. ?? If so you may have a bad heater element. Or the water temp into the D/W is not hot enough. Most machines require at least 120 degree water to work properly. Take a close look at the heater if it looks ok you'll have to check it and the heater circuit with a meter. Turning the breaker off for 7 to 10 minutes will reset the control board but wont fix the heater of course. Good Luck

Take at least seven time before my car start?

if its cranking over its not the battery or starter. Its going to be a fuel pump issue or ignition issue. You wil need some test equipment. Best bet is to take it in if you dont have the equipment before you end up stranded and have to get towed in.

My HP s7720 desktop will not boot up. On the startup screen I can see white lines like pinstripes they are also in the restore box that comes up but the computer will not boot up is it a graphics card...

Do you have hard drive light activity? Do you have more than 1 hard drive?

I would take the video card out, once you have everything unplugged, and give it ten minutes out of the computer, then reinstall making sure everything was secured, then tried to boot.

Another problem that comes to mind is that your power supply could almost be gone, causing the striped screen and poor hardware reaction.
