Question about Gateway MX7120 Notebook
Try to boot the computer is Safe mode with command prompt by pressing F8 as soon as the computer reboots. on the command promt type: c:\ren config.sys config.old and also c:\ren autoexec.bat autoexec.old , now restart the computer, it should take care of the issue.
