WE HAD TO GO TO A SATURN DEALER (LUJACK,GM) THEY HAD TO RESET THE KEY CODE....BUT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS $15 TOO LATE! I HAPPENED TO FIND MY OWNER'S MANUAL ON EITHER 152 OR 174 (IN THAT AREA) READ INSTRUCTIONS FOR THEFT DETERRANT IT WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO RESET THE KEY CODE (FREE OF CHARGE) WHEN YOU DO USE A NUMBER EASY TO REMEMBER, IF YOU LOST POWER TO THE BATTERY THE CODE WILL HAVE TO BE SET AGAIN SO KEEP YOUR INSTRUCTIONS!!!
