Remove it from the dashboard

Then post the radio MAKE + MODEL plus all the letters+numbers on the labels, barcodes and stamped in the metal casing.

How to open my range rover 1997 stereo code

You need to call your local Land Rover Dealer and give them your VIN# and they will get you the code. If you have your owners manual, there's a separate booklet re: Entertainment systems that includes the code. TIP: once you get the code, write it down on inside lid of glove box

Hi I need a code for my Philips R770 Rover

If it is the standard stereo unit fitted to the car from the factory then you need to call the car manufacturer to get the code. If it is not then you need to call the manufacturer of the stereo to get the code.

How do i reset a stereo in a 1999 range rover

in most cars if your remove the battery for 15 minutes the car will reset, stereo aswell, before you do this i suggest checking if you have the stereo pin code as most cars have a pin code and when you reset it you will need the code, if you dont have it check your owners manual, if you do not have that bring details to your closest dealer, chassis number etc they will have it on their system.
