HELP! Tried what you said and STILL getting Remove and check cartridge. I NEED a printer! I NEED a copy now. I threw out a color cartridge thinking it was the problem, now it's saying it after 3 days with the new cartridge. WHY does it say this? Help please! Can I call you? I need help now. Could an HP guy help? And how do I reach one!!!

as u have tried with a new set ink cartridge, it would be good if you can call hp.... i think this is a hardware issue.... if you are from united states you can reach them at 18004746836....

you can also chat with an online hp technician.....

Color cartridge

Is it still under warranty I had the same problem and they sent me a new one hope that helps. or you can buya warranty from hp for $24.99 and then call them and tell them the problem and they will surely send you a new one. DO NOT USE GENERIC INK.

Mx700 only printing in B&W

This is a software problem, do uninstall and re installation of the printer software on your computer and that should do it...

Using one cartridge

There are printers that require both the black ink and the color ink cartridges. Unfortunately, you'll need to have both and at times needs them to be not empty for a printer to work. It usually doesn't matter whether you're printing colored or just black.

Streaks when printing colored copies. I have replaced the cartridges twice.

if its only copies then glean the scanner glass. otherwise disregard this post.

Copier feature (Black or Color) only produces a Black page

I beleive you are not able to make a color copy, once try to scan from the computer or all-in-one to check whether the scanner mechanism is working properly or not, if the scan comes out fine then remove the color cartridge and clean the copper contacts of the cartridge with soft cotton cloth and also check the ink level of the cartridge, if the issue persists replace the color cartridge and if even the scan does not comes out good then there is an issue with the scanner mechanism.
