Hi! You may need to re install the program of the mouse to reset the parental code. Once resetted you'll be good and you can create a new code. HOpe this helps and have a good one!

Ok please give me a moment to get you the info.
Try this.. Press select and then choose delete code then enter 7444, now you should be able to enter a new one.
You do not need the remote to do this.
Ok the only other way to reset it is to open the unit up and pull the bios battery for 30 mins to erase the memory.
Press yes when it asks first, then press select, enter 7444 and it will ask you for a new code. If you want to get rid of it completly after doing that go to settings then security, change the level to OFF.
There, no more code.
Sense I told you to reset the bios can you please rerate me.
