You can edit photos in many programs, photoshop is the obvious choice but also the costly one. You can download the program gimp, witch isn't as powerful as photoshop but it is free and can accomplish most editing task fairly well. you can download gimp and learn how to use the program at http://www.gimp.org/
Use Windows Explorer and look for the photos on disk. Look at the computer section, C drive and look under program files, probably an Adobe or Photoshop heading. But they are down there somewhere. Copy or move them somewhere else. Don't pay for a photo album, there are many good free ones around. There are even open source programs similar to the best and most expensive Photoshop programs. Just look for them and avoid the phrase "Free Download", (the download is free but the program isn't) and trial version,
You need a USB cable and a program called Motorola Phone Tools to download the photos, or use Bluetooth if your PC has it. MPT is a program you have to buy from Motorola
I had the same issue as described by the other posts. I run Windows Vista. I suspect the others are experiencing the same error message and are also running Vista.
Short Version of the Solution: You must run the Photo Viewer program as an administrator.
To do this:
Close the program if it is open
Right click on the program icon
Select "Run as Administrator" - Yes you have to do this even if you are already logged into the PC with administrator privledges.
You will be prompted to Cancel or Allow - Select "Allow"
It will now work.
Note: You may be asked for the administrator password if you are not logged into the machine as an an adminstrator already.
The program is installed in rom, look for program "Media", I suggest
you to install for a better freeware program to manage photos on your
handheld, like grxview lite (or the shareware resco viewer)
