Which input db to choose for mixer input in carlsbro amp powerline 2000 because there is 3 options +3db 0db -3db, i think 0db is high?

That will depend on what instrument you are planning to plug into it. Set the mains and the channel volume to a low-reasonable level and plug in a play. It the input is distorting, you need to use a lower input level. If it's too quiet, you need to use a higher input level.

You just need to change the input of the tv to the input the DVR is on. If you are plugged into input 1 on the back of the TV then you need to switch your tv input to input one from your remote. The remote key you are looking for will be either "input" or "source".

Our screen says video 1 with no picture

This is usually an easy fix. Depending how your tv is connected. Most probably it is the input you are on, or not on. Get your Sony remote look for a SOURCE or INPUT button. Press it and go to each input, for example, HDMI-1 2, INPUT-1,2 VID-1.2.etc.. Also check to see if your cables in the back is loose or out. Hope this helps

How to connect it to computer mic input

Instead of using the mic input on your soundcard try using the auxiliary input. You will need a cord that converts from 1/4" mono to 1/8" stereo. That cord goes from out on your pedal to aux in on your computer. Use whatever you need to go to the input of the pedal.

You have a RCA input short, replace with new monster RCA cables tighten any screws, unit would need internal soldering possibly. You may need to get Serviced or fix on your own.

Hi Tana,

If your TV is supplied with a video input, you will need a set of Composite Baseband video cables commonly known as RCA cables (Yellow, Red, White).

See the last paragraph if your TV is not supplied with a video input.

You will connect the Yellow (Video) from the DVD's video output, to the Yellow (Video) input on the TV set; example is VIDEO 1 or AV1.
You will connect the Red (Right Audio) from the DVD's Red Audio output, to the Red (Right Audio) input on the TV set using the same input number as example above.
You will connect the White (Left Audio) from the DVD's White Audio output, to the White (Left Audio) input on the TV set using the same input number as example above.

Turn on DVD, and TV set. Select the proper input on the TV set using the input button (video, source, AV select, etc.)

If your TV set is not supplied with a video input only a coax cable input, you will need an RF Modulator which can be purchased at any Best Buy, Radio Shack, Wal-mart, etc. You will also need a small coax jumper (3 to 6 foot should do it), and a set of RCA cables (Yellow, Red, White) as described above. The RF Modulator comes with instructions on how to connect it. It has a coax input, RCA input and a coax output that will connect to your TV set.

I hope this helps. Cheers.

I cannot get the DVd to workthrough the TV

You need to select the correct input. Wherever you have the DVD cables hooked into, there should be a label saying INPUT 1, or INPUT 2, etc. Change your TVs input to match the DVDs input.

How can i connect an mp3 player on my Power Acoustik PTID-4007

Expandability Options:
  • 3 sets of preamp outputs (front, rear and subwoofer)
  • Telephone Mute trigger wire for Bluetooth adaptation
  • iPod Ready: IC-1 iPod Connection Cable Required and Sold Separately
  • Front-panel auxiliary input: Mini USB input and SD Card slot
  • Rear auxiliary input: 1 back-up camera input and 1 A/V input
  • 1 Video output
The aux rear a/v input should do the trick.
If it is a component (RCA) type input, you will need a Male 3.5mm to dual Male RCA adapter.
If it is a 3.5mm input, a Male 3.5mm on each end.

I believe you will need the Dual RCA (red/wht) to 3.5mm cable.
The Audio inputs are purple RCAs on the back of your head unit.
