My sidekick08 is saying something is wrong with my hardware please visit your nearest t-mobile store or contact customer care .

I tried a password 3 times than my phone got blocked and asks for a puk code or SOS!


You should contact your customer care (from another mobile with same network provider or just visit the nearest customer care of your network provider) and you can get your PUK code. they will ask for some of your personal details which you provided while getting new connection.

Hi,puknumbers are usually given by service provider of the network your using which is specific for each and every mobile number.

The puk code for telephone is the special code that allows you to do a master reset on the telephone.

You will also need that number to unlock the telephone after it has been locked.

You can Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.

If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.

Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.

There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider cangive

it nobody else in this world nor any software.

My pin code has blocked which asks for a puk code my mobile is nokia 5233


PUK code will be always with the service providers. Please contact them for unlocking your mobile.
What you have to do is just call the customer care from another mobile and explain them the problem. Ask them for the PUK code also. Some service providers will give it easily and some will ask you to visit the nearest store. After verifying your identity they will easily help you.

Ive been using a pin for my mobile , and my mobile died i charged it and when it turned on i entered my pin then it accepted that pin and then asked for a puk code i tryed entering all the pins i used for...

U may be having problem in the hardware of ur phone so must visit the Nokia Customer care Centre and if u have the warrenty, do change it otherwise get it repaired

Please try the sim card on another Mobile. If it doesn't work on another phone as well, then you need to get another sim card. Call the Customer care of your Network Operator and tell them your problem, they'll promptly suggest you to get a new sim from their nearest Office or will be delivered to you (the new sim with the same number). I would suggest you to visit their Service Center so that they can recover the contents of your sim card including contacts and messages. Sometimes it's also possible to transfer the balance available on that number to the new sim card (if prepaid).

If the sim card is working on another phone, then try to restore your phone to it's default settings (Factory Default). To do this, Menu > Settings and press up key once or scroll down to the bottom and select "Factory Default" proceed forward by entering 12345 when asked for a code (if you've changed the code, use yours'). I hope that'll fix your problem, but if there's hardware or software problem, will be more difficult and you'll need to visit a Nokia Service Center or any Nokia mobile repairing center to get it repaired. They'll check the software before working with the Hardware.

My zune says contact support 5 an i restored it and it still says the same thing


The message contact support does not mean there is any fault in the system . You need to contact your service provider customer care department.
Service provider means sim brand for example t mobile, vodafone,etc etc...
Please contact their customer care department over phone or just walk in to their nearest retail outlet..
