Question about HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have followed directions in the owners manual. Even removed all the paper . IT STILL SAYS PAPER JAM. What do I have to do to get the thing to print?
CLICK ON O.K. PRINTER WILL CLEAR ITSELF, BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING IN JAM.

I have the same paper jamming problem,
When One sheet finally goes - it takes the whole bundle of sheeets!
Perfect printer, now I have to buy another because of it.
Is there some mechanism broken?
I cleaned it out and still no JOY!

SOURCE: 2575 paper jam
Same thing happened to me last month. still not working. can't use it at all. I think it's something to do with a sensor or broken part inside as if you try to push your paper in by hand it will probably slide right through manually, even when turned off. Printer was good while it worked though. just a shame about this

Tips for a great answer:
Clearing paper jam in a printer is simple almost seven step
procedure depending on the printer. Paper jam is the term used to refer to the
scenario where your paper fails to come out of the printer during the print
process. When you send a document to the printer, normally the printer prints
out the document on a paper; then you can pick up your printed copy. When the
paper gets stuck in the printer, it is said that paper has jammed in the
printer "paper jam".
Even if you are not a technical person, you can conveniently
clear paper jams. All you need is to follow the set of procedures outlined
Put off the printer and unplug it from its power source.
Open all the covers/shutters on the printer (usually you will find one in the front or top and one at the back of the printer).
(If the printer is a DeskJet, otherwise ignore this step) Now pull out the cartridge carefully and place it on safe surface. (Be careful not to place it where it may slide and fall. This could damage the cartridge)
Site the paper that has jammed and pull it out in the opposite direction of its movement. Do not pull in the direction it was coming out. (Pulling the paper in the opposite direction is important for the printer's mechanism. Printer must be off). Never pull out paper from a printer when the printer is powered on.
(If the printer is a DeskJet, otherwise ignore this step) Return the cartridge gently and press it firmly inside so that you here it snap inside.
Close all covers at the top, front or back.
Power on your printer and you should be able to print again.
Good luck and God bless!
