I cannot get my web cam to work, although I have downloaded the cd, it wont register and when I open up Skype it says there is no device.

-   we just bought a new Creative live cam and it worked fine one day but it wont work now, an error says the device is not pluged in. any suggestions?-   dustin705

How old is the pc ? pentium2-3 or 4 ,core duo ,amd64 or amd64x2 or just an athlonxp. What Im getting at is whether it has usb 2.0 or just v1.1.
