Where is the throttle on a 95 ford econoline. Someone said it is on the accelarator?

Start with your right foot.the accelerator pedal,attached to the throttle cable.attached to the throttle body attached to a butterfly valve inside the throttle body(of a carburettor)it is a tube of say 2"slimming down to 1.1/2" widening to 2"with the thinest part housing a fuel jet,and it is this tunnel effect that causes a rapid flow of air that mixes fuel in the inlet manifold.attached to the cylinder head etcetera
any help?
