Start with these five simple solutions: Reset, retry, restart, reinstall, or restore

http://www.apple.com/support/ipod.five_rs/

If that doesnt help, the screen might be damaged?
If there doesnt seem to be anything else wrong with it
Id suggest buying a new screen from ebay, for example or
send it to apple for repairs.

If you need more assistance let me know. Good luck.

IPod wont turn on or sync to computer to charge

Your battery is fu.k.d Take the thing back to the Apple store or Best Buy to get a free replacement if your within your year warranty.  One caveat, if you mention anything about dropping this thing or exposing it to humidity or water, then they will void your warranty and won't give you sh.t

Why wont my ipod touch turn on i turned it off and it wont come o

Hold the power button and home button for 10 seconds to ensure the device is off. Let go.

Hold the home button down, plug in the ipod to the computer, after the screen changes to the itunes plug screen, let go of the home button.

The ipod will now be in recovery mode, and you can attempt to perform a restore within itunes.

If the restore fails, and the ipod screen stays black, this means the battery is dead and must be replaced.

My screen on my i pod touch went blank , What can i do to fix it?

you should reboot your ipod, here is how you go about doign that:
Open your apple software on your computer.

Plug in your iPod into your computer, and that the plugs are secure. Your computer should detect your iPod, black screen or not.

Take your iPod and put it on your desk or a flat surface.

Firmly press the middle button, and the menu button. It will read menu on the top button of the click wheel, and the center circle of your click wheel is what your looking for.
- Make sure your fingers are planted on the top of the center button
Then count to 8. if this doesnt work try it a few more times. if that doesnt work then i'd bring it in for some repairs.

Ipod won't turn on

it's a broken battery, your dock station probably charges through the firewire port and is strong enough to power up the ipod without a charged battery, the USB port alone isn't. if you're tech savy or have a tech savy friend you can use a ipod repair guide that will show you how to replace the battery step by step, or you can go to the ipod repair nyc.

Its leaking black fluids under the screen

Your lcd screen is broken. when you pushed it the rest of the screen started to break up, the area that is black is broken, I supose this could be fixed somehow but I imagine it would be very difficult if not impossible at home.

Basicly you need to replace your screen.
if you have warranty you can contact apple for support but since apple considers broken screens abuse they might not fix it, so you might have to buy one from ebay for examble or take it to a local professional who could do the job.
