i would replace the ignitor, although its glowing its not glowing strong enough to allow gas to release, simple repair, part numbr 31939701

The bake ignitor has failed.Turn off the gas supply. Remove the racks. Then remove the bottom pan cover in the oven to access the ignitor. Place a amp meter on one wire of the ignitor.Turn the BAKE switch on. If it reads less than 3 amps,replace the ignitor.

We replaced the igniter which I bought from the appliance repair service. We now have a working oven.

Hi you will need to check the pressure on the reg and it sound s like the burner neededs cleaning the air ports a blocked but if it is sooting get agas fitter to look at this problem don't use the oven untill this fixed .
