Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Where is the paring code

If you need to enter a paring code to connect your bluetooth headset you will find it in the documentation that came with the headset.

Having said that... 99 times out of 100, the paring code is four zeroes (0000). This is so common that most newer headsets don't even ask you to enter a paring code.

If that does not work, you'll need to have, or obtain the manual or setup guide from the manufacturer's website. Go directly to your manufacturers website, click on support, technical and manuals (different on every manufacturers site, so have patience).

How do sync with my new phone?

1. You must start with the headset in the OFF position. Put the headset in pairing mode by Pressing and holding the Multi-Function Button until the lights are flashing alternating Red and Blue, you will then release the Multi-Function Button. Please note the headset will continue flashing Red and Blue until the paring cycle times out (approximately 2 minutes) or completes the paring with the cell phone. If you only press and release the Multi-Function Button the headset will not go into the paring mode.

2. Once the headset is in paring mode, go to the Bluetooth menu / connections of your cell phone. Select add new / search for / find new device (different phones have different but similar names for the options). The cell phone should find a device called VXi B250-XT. Move the cursor over the VXi B250-XT and press (OK, select, enter, or whatever your phone uses for a prompt). If the cell phone asks for a passkey code you will put in 0000 (four zero's). The headset will then pair and connect to the cell phone and be blinking Blue once every second. Your phone may ask you if you want to connect to the B250-XT and/or add it to your trusted device list, press (OK, select, enter, or whatever your phone uses for a prompt).

When i enter the passcode it tell me passcode mismatch

Have you put your heaset in paring mode prior to trying to pair it with your phone (or computer, or any other bluetooth enabled device)? If not, start with it turned off. Then, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit. It is in pairing mode now. Make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the WEP200 should appear on-screen. Make it connect. If a paring code (or PIN, or passkey) is required, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope it works for you.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Regards, Carlos
