It may have problem with power supply due to bad caps, or in the backlight inverter circuits, please read below and look at my pictures so you will have some ideas what to look for.
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for:
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

I have a hyundai monitor B70A and it is not showing image, the light stays yellow all the time not turing green. What can I do?

Assume you tested this on another computer to see if there was a problem with the graphics input, check the vga cable and ensure it is secure at the graphics card end and the monitor connector. Check the sockets of both these to make sure there is no damage.

Once you eliminate the obvious possibilities, you are left with the fault being at the monitor end. Typically this could be one of the board power capacitors that is not allowing the charge to power up the screen. The amber light indicates that power is reaching the monitor but the charge necessary to light the screen is not getting through.

Refer this to a competent TV repairman for checking and repair (if economical)

Brand of monitor is the following: HYUNDAI-

First of all, I want to thank debbcake for providing the name / brand / model # etc twice, as well as listing the technical info for the B70A. Verifying the units true identity is first priority, and this info, although redundant and repetitive, was immensely helpful in preventing any confusion and was crucial in the final determination process, and she should definitely be commended
for taking the time to provide this information.
However, I feel obligated to point out that debbcake, although obviously quite skilled at copy and paste, neglected to also include the problem she was (is) having with the B70A .
I sincerely hope she will rectify this situation asap. as I am genuinely looking forward to assisting her with whatever problems shes having.

Voltage and polarity for Hyundai B70A

Your monitor needs a 12volt 5amp power supply with + 5,5mm tip. Most universal power supplies will not supply enough amps to power an LCD monitor. If you need an adapter we do have them in stock at:

I hope this helps, if so please rate this solution.

My B70A Hyundai will not power on. The green or amber light will not power on. I wanted to make sure I have the correct Plug. Are there any drivers or is it plug & Play? Thanks Lesa

This monitor is plug and play but the driver (or lack of) is not the problem.
Its either your the power supply or the monitor itself has an issue with its
internal power distribution circuitry. First make sure your power supply is
operational. The original 120V AC to 12V DC 3.3 A power supply for the
B70A had a green LED on the brick itself. You will find it on the top right
corner of the brick, on the end where the DC cord comes out (opposite
end from the AC input) If you have the AC cord plugged in the wall, the
LED should be lit. If it isn't, the brick is no good, and should be replaced.
Any 12 VDC adapter with an amperage rating of at least 1A but no greater
than 3.3 A having the same size tip (with correct polarity) should work.
If you have confirmed that the adapter IS functional and the monitor LED's
still remain off, the internal power distribution circuitry of the monitor is
damaged, probably caused by burst or leaking capacitors.
