SOURCE: I need instructions and codes to program jumbo remote control

Try this, just be patient when programing it might take a couple of minutes to program.
Here you go. This will work with most all universal remote controls. If you don't have the code do the following:
Automatic Programming
With automatic programming, the remote control tests all the codes available on the Code List and assigns the correct code for the selected device. Although this method can be more time-consuming, it eliminates the need to look up codes and enter them manually.

1. Turn off the device with which you want to use the remote control.

2. Press and hold the corresponding button on the remote control
(TV, VCR, SAT, DVD, CAB or AUD) until POWER INDICATOR illuminates. It should take a couple of seconds for the light to remain solid. The remote control is in programming mode.

3. Press and release power button. The POWER INDICATOR flashes once and stays on indicating the unit is in Power Scan mode.

4. Press CHANNEL up or CHANNEL down repeatedly until the device turns on.

5. When the device turns on, press OK to store the code.

Note:
• To exit without storing the code, press BACK.
• T he unit will search for the next code or the previous code if you press
CHANNEL up or CHANNEL down after the device turns on. (go slow you need to press OK when the TV turns on) if you mess up turn TV off and start over.
6. Press any other button. If the device responds, the remote control has been programmed. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 2-5.

SOURCE: I need the programming control

Hi,

You can get the complete manual for this remote including all of the codes by clicking on the following link:

http://www.box.net/index.php?rm=box_download_shared_file&file_id=f_414815200&shared_name=d8rtg1nnfi

Click the link and the "File Download" box will appear. "Save" the file to an easy to remember location on your PC. When the download is complete, go to that location on your PC and double-click on the file to open it. You can then print the manual/codes and keep it on your PC for future reference. If you are unable to open the file, you will also need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Please note: Not all universal remotes will work with all devices.

I am not certain whether I can hotlink direct to the file. If the download link above does not work, please download the manual from the original download page:

http://www.box.net/shared/d8rtg1nnfi

Download page will open in a new window. Click on "Download (834.7KB)" then follow the rest of my instructions above.

Please post back if you have any difficulty downloading the file or need further assistance.

Regards,
BElectric

Clicker klik2u stopped working

You may need to repeat the programming procedures in the manual to make the remote work again. Sometimes if the battery dies, they lose their programming. I've encountered this before. What brand of garage door opener do you have? There may be a better remote control for you than the universal remotes like your Clicker.

I progammed by accident my #1 button on my KLIK1U to my #2 garage door. Then I seen the mistake, so I programmed my #1 button to my #1 garage door. Now my #1 button controls both garage doors and I now...

You're going to have to clear the memory on the openers. This is usually done by holding the learn button for about 15 seconds or until the led turns off. I'm not sure exactly what opener you have, so this may not be the case, if not, let me know exactly which opener you're programming your remote to.

Have a clicker keyless entry with 4 diget code from old opener. klik2 and have new chamblerlin opener model 248735s want to program clicker to open garage door opener need instrustions i can print up

Often times, keypads and remotes are not compatible with newer models, even with the same manufacturer. If you are still interested in finding an instruction manual, try the Chamberlain website. You can also purchase a Universal Keypad, which will work with most models.

Liftmaster Professional and Clicker Programming Problems

The Security+ system is a rolling code system and is digital, so it will work with the Homelink in vehicles and with the remote control units that come with the opener. Also with new remotes that are purchased specifically for that opener. Your "clickers" require specific instructions and you need to use the Smart Learn function in order to use them with this opener. In addition, check the Brand Switch settings to be sure they apply to your opener, and the correct Smart Button color on the opener. Read carefully to determine whether you need to set ANY dip switches at all or can you just set them all to off depending on your opener? Check the instructions carefully. Here's a link to the page where you can download a copy of the Clicker instructions if you don't already have it:

BROOKSTONE SMARTFIND+ Remote Key Locator - Wires came loose Re: BROOKSTONE SMARTFIND+ Remote Key Locator. Keychain part came apart and the red and black wires detached from where they appear to have been soldered to a brass colored disk with a whitish center on the back plate of the keychain. I tried touching the wires to where it looks like they broke off from (black on the outer rim of the brass colored disk, red on the whitish surface of the disk) and hitting the remote, but nothing happens. The batteries on the remote and the battery in the keychain have both been recently replaced. Can anyone give me some advise about what I can do to try and get my Mom's key finder to work for her again? I'd sure like to have some reason to believe that I am getting a good contact in the right place before I try a very amaturish attempt at resoldering this thing. (My mom took it to Radio Shack to have the battery changed and apparently the girl who replaced it removed the top and the bottem pieces of the back cover instead of only removing the bottom piece with the screw, which would have allowed her to acess the battery. After mom got back we noticed that the keychain would only beep in response to the remote when the keychain was turned face upward. Then today the top back piece started to fall off and I found that both of the wires had become disconnected). I'd appreciate any help you can give me. My Mom really loves her keyfinder but at this point in time we can't really afford a new one. Living without it is definately going to make both of our lives alot more difficult, (we are in the middle of a move, and loosing the keys is pretty much a daily occurance). Please help me to fix it. Thanks alot, Dawn........
