Question about Bose 023795 LCD Touchscreen Remote Control
Hello. First plug your bose into a different outlet just to make sure the problem is with the Bose and not the outlet you have it plugged into. IF this solves the problem great. Other wise, the problem is that your Bose is the victim of a power surge at the instant that the power came back on. The only fix then is to send it to Bose for a repair. Go to this link to see exactly how to send your machine in for a repair. http://www.bose.com/controller?event=VIEW_STATIC_PAGE_EVENT&url=/customer_service/owners/warranty_center/index.jsp
