Question about Nintendo Wii Console
Check the bottom of the disc. Does it look dirty or smudged? If so, apply ONLY water to a part of a clean, soft cotton cloth and wipe the the disc using straight strokes from the center of the disc outwards. Use a dry part of the cloth to dry of any excess water. Leave the disc to dry for a further 2 minutes before trying to load it again.
If the disc still doesn't load, you may be able to obtain a replacement disc directly from Nintendo.
If this is happening with more than one game, you may want to consider purchasing a Wii lens cleaner, which is also available directly from Nintendo or a local re-seller.
Hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you require any further assistance.
