Question about Philips GoGear SA3125/37 MP3 Player
My go gear is locked
If you go to this site here:
and enter your exact product number into the search window, you'll get an exact match for what you have. Anyway, going to the support page:
shows that (from the FAQ) you need to plug it into the USB by clicking the USB connector into the LOCKED position, and then just plug it into a free USB port. It should charge in about 4 hours. The support pages I saw don't mention any drivers (it may be only compatible with WinXP and above, no Win98/ME drivers available), but there are programs to download firmware upgrades to your player. Again, the support page for your player will have that.
If the battery won't recharge, the computer can't see it, and you can't get it to "wake up" or play or anything, then... it's a brick, and you need to get another, so sorry.
