I need a sound driver to my pc

You didn't mention which OS you need the drivers for. Intel does not support windows 7 drivers for that board. You can try the Belarc Advisor ( to see if it can identify the exact audio chip used to see if the vendor has a driver. If that doesn't work, then try to see if their utility to identify updates and drivers is of any help.

I re install windows xp to a nec pc but audio driver and ethernet contoller wasn't installed

Install a Device Identify program such as Unknown Device Identifier . After running the program, identify the audio and ethernet devices and go to the manufacturer's website to download the appropriate drivers to a flash drive or CD. Then insert the CD or flash drive in your NEC machine and reboot. The devices are plug and play and should install themselves. If they don't go to the Device Manager and do a Search, choosing the CD or flash drive as the source.

I recently installed windows7 ultimate but after completion audio devices are not working sound is not coming i heard windows7 ultimate has a default audio drivers please solve my problem

Try to identify your audio hardware and go to their website to download compatible driver for your audio device. For example you have a Realtek Audio device, go to and look for the drivers for your device.

Most computer companies uses Realtek Audio Device that's why I set it as an example.. husssh... Enjoy!

"Audio issue" i already download the driver as i installed driver wont recognize.. plss help..

If this is a hardware problem then there is little you can do. I'm assuming this the typical no sounds after installing the operating system.

You need to download and run the motherboard or INF drivers first. That let the operating system identify the hardware. Then you run the audio drivers and it will make noise.

If you don;t run the INF then it is shown as a unknown device instead of say your audio card and won't be able to setup the driver. It will say it setup the driver but the device won't work.

I have an Evesham pc & cannot get the sound to work

If you don't have audio drivers supplied then you have a couple of choices.
1. Download and run a PC audit programme such as PC Wizard which should identify your motherboard and possibly your audio device

2. Remove the side cover of the PC and check the make and model number of the motherboard.

Once you have the motherboard model go to the manufacturers site and download the relevant drivers.

No multimedia audio controller in my computer

You will need to identify your Audio controller and manually download and install the appropriate drivers. You may be able to see this information under the "device manager" settings. Otherwise, you will need to visit the driver sites for one or all of the following:
  1. audio card manufacturers site
  2. Motherboard manufacturers site
  3. PC manufacturers site
I would not suggest using any Driver Download programs such as driveragent, because these products rely on your OS to recognize and identify the missing components. If your device manager does not have it listed, then the program will not see it.

After re-installing winXP, my notebook cannot find any updated audio driver from the web, and thus cannot play any music file except the system beeping sounds.

Do you have a media player application like Windows Media Player? Also, go to the manufacturer's website. Most of them will list audio drivers. If that doesn't work, look in the device manager to try to identify the audio hardware and go to their website for drivers.

Need to install a audio sound in my pc

the audio driver is really very dependent as to what is the audio device installed in your computer. you cannot just simply install a driver not compatible with what you have. try to identify first what your audio device is then try to install the correct driver with the operating system you are using (xp or vista)
