after visiting on that site you have to enter your phone's imei no. in the textbox which are given on that page
after entering your imei no. click on get master code button to get your phone's master code
first of all do these things and change your phone code after changing the code
you can restore settings of your phone's settings

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

The default code for most phones is "000000" or "0000" or "1234" or "123456' or 12345 or 00000. One of these codes is always a standard master code in most cell phone models.
