I need the usB CARD

Not sure what you mean here as this device has a USB cable and a microSDHC expansion slot. By inserting a microSD or microSDHC card the MP3 player lets you expand its memory up to 32GB. You can obtain these cards from a computer store or online.

Sansa e200 wont recognize 8GB microSD

The Sansa e200 series machines work with microSD cards. Your 8GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use microSD cards, which are 2GB and smaller.

Later model Sansa such as the Fuze will work with microSDHC cards, but not the e200. Sorry if this wasn't the answer you wanted to see, but that's the way it is.

The e250 works with microSD cards, which are limited to 2GB. Your 8GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot it is electronically incompatible and will not work. More recent Sansa players accept microSDHC cards, but this model is limited to cards 2GB and smaller.

I just put in a brand new 4gb MicroSDHC card into my Sansa SanDisk Plus & plugged it into my computer. Now its stuck on "Refreshing your media" & I can't even shut it off. Help?

Remove the microSDHC card. Disconnect the Sansa from the computer. Press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds to reset the Sansa.

Be aware that the e200 series of Sansa media players do not work with microSDHC cards, only with microSD cards.

Can I attach an 8 GB Micro SD Card in the expansion slot of my Sansa e250? If not, what is the maximum storage size it supports?

The e250 uses microSD cards, not microSDHC cards. The maximum size of microSD cards is 2GB. Anything larger are microSDHC cards.
