Ok for 1 US Gallon of gas or 3.78 Liters a 60:1 ratio is achieved with 2.0 oz or 63ml of 2 cycle oil

50:1 2.5 oz or 75ml
40:1 3.2 oz or 94ml
30:1 4.2 oz or 126ml
25:1 5.1 oz or 151ml

in all cases if the 1/10 is rounded off its close enough. Like in the case of 25:1 5.0 ounces instead of 5.1 is good enough. But...don't guess on feel. Measure it or...be sure the amounts in the bottles are correct.

How many ounces in a gallon

Guess you are asking this because you need to mix your 2-cycle engine oil with gasoline. One gallon = 128 fluid ounces if you are in the US. In the UK, 1 UK gallon = 160 UK ounces.
I totally plagiarized this information from numbers.com.
Not plagiarized: you want to use the correct mixture for your blower to get it to start easily. Your blower probably uses a mixture of either 50:1 or 40:1. I use a product called ProMix Premium that allows me to squeeze the bottle to measure out the correct amount of oil into a gallon of gas. I use two different gallon sized gas containers, one with a 50:1 mixture and the other with a 40:1 mixture. Between the two mixtures, all of my machines will start and run well according to their oil mixture requirements. Usually the machine will have a label on it to tell you the correct mixture, if not, check the owner's manual or instructions.

Fuel mixture Z830sd Homelite trimmer

Since my research shows this to be an older unit, I recommend a 40:1 mix. That is 3.2 ounces of 2 stroke oil / gallon of gas, or 1.6 ounces of oil in half-a-gallon of gas. Here is a mixture chart.

for a 40/1 mixture use 3 ounces of oil ( 2 stroke) to a gallon of gas for a 50/1 ( which is what I recommend ) its 2.5 ounces to each gallon of gas, if you find that the machine is smoking a little too much,, back up on the oil just a hair,, but I don't think you'll need to

Need to know fuel mix for mcCulloch gladiator 550 petrol hedge trimmer

I don't know the age of this machine, but more and more of the newer units are using a 50:1 mix to satisfy the newest EPA emissions regulations. I suggest using a synthetic or synthetic blend of 2 stroke oil. ....the big box stores sell the oil...Echo one of the best. I would use synthetic and mix it 40:1. Here is a fuel mix chart to show you how many ounces of oil in a gallon of gas that is. If you make a 1/2 gallon batch of fuel mix, just use half of the listed oil amount for the mix.

What oil mixture do i use

The ratio is 40:1....that is 3.2 ounces 2 stroke oil (I recommend synthetic) to 1 gallon of gas or....1.6 ounces to half a gallon....A little more oil is okay...it will help rectify any "lean" running condition....Not enough oil is not acceptable under any circumstances.

What is oil to gas ratio? What type of oil what type of gas/

A mixture of 40:1 would give good performance and protection with minimal smoke issues.
3.2 ounces of oil added to 1 gallon of gas would equal a 40:1 ratio.
Don't use outboard motor oil. Water cooled engines on those.Use a 2-Cycle oil specific to AIR COOLED engines.
Hope this hepls!
