sounds like your pump is jammed or faulty. have you got the drip/dry option on your unit? it should be at normal setting. now, the pump is located at the back left of the unit where the drain hose is attached. has your machine got a back panel that you can remove so you can see the pump? if it has please reply and i can guide u thru fixing this problem. 80% of the time i have found the pump jams.please turn power off b4 you work on it.

If u can see the pump has it got a fan attached to it? it should b white or black. if has got a fan try turning it to loosen the object jamming it. if it is firm to turn and it doesnt get loose then u may have to strip the pump.if it has no fan then your pump is a syncro type. please reply with additional information 4 more help.

problem solved, your heads up about the pump allowed me to figure it all out: 4 hair pins from kids clothes jammed in the pump. Once they were gone it's all back to normal

Hi i have a 9.5kg simpson washing machine error code PU31 what does that mean as my machine is not spinning out washing

Pump error. It means drain pump is either blocked or faulty. Water is not draining out or very slowly. Water has to all drain away before the machine will spin. Get the water out by lowering the drain hose down into a bucket. When machine is empty then remove and check the drain pump.

My simpson esprit does everything ok, but it wont drain out, had to put the hose on ground to drain, but when i l lift hose up to drain, it dont drain what to do

Sounds like your pump is not operating. Possibly a broken belt and needs replacing. or pump seized up. Check belt first.

Hi i have a SIMPSON ESPRIT 600 TOP LOADER WASHING MACHINE. The wash cycle works fine however during the drain and spin cycle, the water wont drain. The machine makes a noise during the drain cycle but...

My guess would be replace the pump, it is normally driven by the motor and if the wash cycle is good the motor is operational. You have to investigate to find the actual part to replace.

What is the weight capacity of a Simpson Delta 402 Washing Machine?

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
The information should be on the manufacturer's plate on the back of the machine and in the manual. If you no longer have the manual you will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
You can also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
Good luck,
John C.

I have a simpson front load washing machine and it is not draining?

apart from having a faulty water pump check to see if you have a blockage maybe filter is blocked or something caught in drain hose alternatively you might have a control or wiring problem let me know how you went

It sounds like the drum is so away from level that water is not flowing to the drain line, hence the pump running out of water. I would make sure the machine is level and the drum is resting level if it's the type that pivots around inside the machine. Failing that I would open up the machine and check the hoses to make sure they're not blocked. I would also check the drain hose to make sure it's not placed too high or in a way that will obstruct water flow.
