Question about Samsung Tocco Ultra Cell Phone

Hi, I have the same problem - when I call screen goes blank and I cannot use tone dial for choosing options on automatic services. I have tried to reset everything to manufacturer settings and did full reset recommended below - unfortunately no result. Could you please please suggest something. I lost my phone over weekend, now bought second hand looking exactly the same to easy my pain and now this!
