I am using tata docomo sim in my delta q20 phone.how do i connect to internet . there is no inbuild settings like vodafone,airtel

1. Go to Settings > Configuration > [Preferred Access Point] > Select Mobile Office.
2. Go to Settings > Configuration > [Default config. settings] > Delete the config. settings.
3. Reboot your phone.

1. Go to Settings > Configuration > [Default Config Settings] > Select Idea Internet

AFTER RECEIVING SETTING SET THEM AS DEFAULT SETTING.

do one thing if u have airtel card and it,s blocked then call to the service center of airtel through another airtel no and ask PUK code for ur airtel no. same for idea, vodafone,bsnl,aircel,tata docomo.

Step 2: Follow the instructions to set up your phone:
1. Go to Menu > Settings > Configuration
2. Choose Personal configuration settings
3. Press Options
4. Select Add new and Access point
5. Fill in a Account name
6. Select Access point settings
7. Set Data bearer to GPRS
8. Select Bearer settings
9. Enter GPRS access point (APN); FOR DOCOMO ENTER TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET AS ACCESS POINT
10. Set Authentication type to Normal
11. Enter User name and Password if requested
12. Back * 3
13. Choose Options and Activate
14. Go Back
15. Set Preferred access point to the access point you just made.
16. Set Default configuration settings to Personal config.
17. Select Activate default in all applications and Yes.

tting you just need send “INTERNET” to 52270 which is toll free number for Tata Docomo users. Within 5 min you will receive setting message, just save that ‘TATA DOCOMO DIVEIN’ setting to your phone and you are done. Most of the people are confused with the APN. Let me clear you after activating your setting just select you APN as DOCOMO internet.

Didn’t get Settings? Set it manually, you can edit any of the previously available setting on your phone of any ISP follow the following steps:
1) Connection Name : select any name that you wants to ( Let us select “Tata docomo”)
2) Data Bearer : GPRS
3) Access Point Name : TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET (Most important)
4) IP Address : Either select it as automatic or blank
5) Do not edit rest of the setiing, leave them as it is.

Your Soul, MMS and GPRS settings are service provider specific. Ask Tata DOCOMO to activate MMS and to provide you the settings for your phone. In my case, Airtel, whenever I remove the SIM and reinsert it, first thing I know is that I receive the GPRS settings along with MMS and Airtel Live settings on my phone and I can start browsing in a second or two on insertion of SIM. So, contact Tata DOCOMO for the settings and activation of MMS service.
