Question about Kenmore 74632 Gas Dryer
Posted by Anonymous on
74632 is not a model number. But what you have stated the dryer probably has a bad thermal switch. Cost around $6-8. Unplug dryer, remove back, with a tester test everything that has wires hooked to it. Test from one side to the other to see if power goes through, if not replace that part. They are small round or small rectangle with two wires connected to them. Check the one one the duct first, this one usually goes bad. Vacuum out all lint out of dryer and hose to exterior, excess lint will cause dryer to heat up and blow this part.
