Hi

Intel 2200BG is known to cause this and similar errors when Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) encryption is used. The problem has been around since 2004 and new OS Drivers should fix this.

I recommend you download and install latest Windows Drivers (appropriate for your Windows Version) for Intel 2200BG Adaptor.

If this cannot be done, then setting your wireless to Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) encription (though less secure) will minimise these error conditions

NB: Google "w22n51.sys" for more info.

Regards
Mike

My aspireone notebook keeps crashing every 10-30 minutes sometimes even longer, ive took it to the shop were i brought it and the man in the shop said that he ran every system cheak that he could possibly...

Virus protection software sometimes never cure the virus most especially when it is not updated. I suggest you send your laptop to install new OPERATING SYSTEM because it is already corrupted. Just don't forget to back up your important files and put now good virus protection. It take 2 hours of your time to reinstall the OS.

go to mfg websight and download the drivers for your network card at a local web cafet they will allow you to eithor burn a cd or write it to a flah stick it shouldnt take but 10 min once driver installed down load all drivers for your computer into a single directory and burn thm to a cd as when you crash ( like the rest of the world ) you will have a back up of all drivers and probably shave 30 - 60 min off re install fro scratch

Sounds like a memory 'leak'. Just because it's the 'correct' memory, doesn't mean it's not faulty. I would have them exchanged.

You can run a Microsoft memory diagnostic program to determine is they are faulty.

The software is free from Microsoft from here:

http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

Also, always try to stick with a 'known' brand (kingston, samsung, etc).

D-Link DWL-G550

Hi Atta,
The memory dump is not actually a error. It is the system making a log of the what is in the memory, at the time of a crash. The actual error was caused by something else. That DLink series of wireless adapter card, and thier drivers, seem to be very problematic. I found a lot of complaints, like this one, about them.
http://www.amazon.com/review/product/B00007LTBI?filterBy=addTwoStar

Any driver or device consistantly using 90% of your CPU is a bad investment. I am not a Dlink hater, since I use two Dlink routers.

You can go here, and get the most recent drivers for that adaper, and see if they help.

http://support.dlink.com/products/view.asp?productid=DWL%2DG550#

If the situation continues, and Dlink doesn't put out a fix, you might want to switch to a different brand. One other "fix" I have seen work on several problematic devices like this, is to disable the Dlink Wireless software, just keep the drivers, and use the Windows Wifi interface to control the wireless.

Good luck.
