Question about Computers & Internet
I had the same problem. what i did was, if you go to you device manager and look for the sound, video and game controllers and look for your sound card [im not sure but most sound cards i have seen are Realtek] If you see it and it has a question mark by it it needs updating you can do this by left clicking then update driver. If not and you know the name of it such as Realtek then google it and you can download it again from online. well that helped me when mine didnt work. hope this helps you
