Looks like I found the answer to the problem of Skybox not dispensing. I replaced the sensor in the dispensing door and my Skybox now works great!
Part is available from partselect.com just look up your Skybox model number, mine was Skybox model MBV1976AAB. The diagram on the website should show you the exploded view of the door section of your Skybox. You are looking for partselect.com part number 901892 or on the exploded view it will be number 21. The Maytag part number is 11001182, board flipper sensor. My Skybox had been down for two years and now works again!

SOURCE: Maytag Skybox MBV1976AAB Compressor Start Relay

I just read another post on a different site from someone who said they were able to pay $160 for a refrigerator technician to come out and replace the compressor and install 2 additional fans to help prevent overheating. I'm going to look into this, otherwise off to the dump. Had ours for over 2.5 years and it just stopped cooling last week. Bunch of warm beer and sodas in there now...upsetting, but what do you expect when everything is made in China these days. Our country has let itself down for letting quality manufacturing give way to cheap labor.

I also have one of these vending machines. The problem Maytag had with these and the reason why they are discontinued is that it was not made with an automatic defroster. SO, ice litterally builds up on the entire motor in the back and then the buttons do not work. Here is an easy test. Unplug the machine for 24 hours and if there is ice on the motor it will melt off(to where I dont know!!). Try the buttons again and see if they work. Mine did. They also had to come out and replace one of the pieces inside because the ice broke it! Mine by the way does not work anymore because the other problem they have had with these is that the compressor goes bad!! Once THAT happens, its more expensive to fix than it's worth! Good luck! Maytag SUCKS!!!

SOURCE: The part I need for my Maytag Skybox is NO LONGER

REMOVE 3 WIRES ON SMALL BOARD RIGHT AT BOARD SURFACE. LOOK FOR END WIRE WITH X PRINTED ON IT ,PUT OFF THE SIDE. YOU WILL NOT USE X WIRE. SKIN CENTER WIRE AND END WIRE , THESE ARE WHAT YOU WILL HOOK UP. DO NOT TOUCH 2 OUTER WIRES THESE ARE DEAD SHORT. IF YOU DO NOT SEE X ON WIRE DO NOT WORRY CENTER WIRE AND 1  END WIRE WILL NOT SHORT. JUST BOTH OUTER WIRES DO NOT CONNECT. GET SET OF RADIO SHACK WINDOW ALARMS MEGNETIC CLOSE AT CONTACT. SILICONE SCREW TERMINAL MAGNET TO UPPER RIGHT SIDE SOLID DOOR EDGE AND OTHER MAGNET TO UPPER RIGHT FLAPPER DOOR ABOUT 1 INCH FROM EACH OTHER DO NOT USE SCREWS. REMOVE DOOR AND LAY FLAT IF NEEDED. THEN HOOK UP 2 WIRES AS DESCRIBED. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF 2 WIRES HOOK UP MIDDLE WIRE TO EITHER OUTSIDE WIRE ONE WILL WORK AND ONE WILL NOT. AFTER SILICONE DRIES HOOK UP WIRES . NOW YOU HAVE A WAY TO RESET  CYCLE , IF YOU USE GLASS BOTTLES YOU MAY NEED TO HOOK UP NO-NC 2 TERMINAL WITH COMMON TERM. SWITCH.

What side is bank one sensor one o2

On a v engine, bank 1 is the bank where number 1 cylinder is located. Ist 02 sensor. You need to know how your cylinders are numbered. I don't know your year--make--model? My database only covers vehicles sold in the US.

I have an Astro van 2003 and need to know where the air mass sensor is located.

The MAF sensor is located in the air snorkel in between the throttle body and the throttle body. A 5/16" socket is all that is needed to replace it.

P0302 is a number 2 cylinder misfire code. It has nothing to do with the MAF sensor.

2005 Nissan Altima 2.5L - where is the heated oxygen sensor number 2 located

Oxygen sensors are mounted either side of the catalytic converter. Number 1 is mounted before the cat in the down pipe and the Number 2 is in the exhaust pipe just after the cat, think the number 2 is the downstream.

Where is bank 1 sensor 2 located in a 1996 mitsubishi galant s?

Locate the number 1 spark plug and then locate the O2 sensor in the exhaust. The one you see nearest the cylinder head is number 1. Look underneath the vehicle and locate the catalytic converter and the number 2 sensor is just before the "cat" and the one after is the Bank 2 sensor 2. I believe that the number one cylinder is closest to the radiator and the front of the engine. If this is a 4 cylinder car it is the sensor in the exhaust just prior to the catalytic converter. You will need a 7/8" or 22mm wrench and a good rust penetrant to remove the sensor without incident. Let me know if you need anything else.

I've an up stream o2 sensor for my truck but i don't know where on the front of engine it is located. Can you help me out with some kind of picture so i can change it out?

This actually depneds on which one you need to change. Each side of the engine will have considered the number one sensor but you will also need to know whether you need bank 1 or 2. Bank one has the number one cylinder/spark plug. Let me know if you need anything else.

try this
ALLDATA Editor's Note: Always verify #1 cylinder location prior to diagnosis and repair.

- Cylinder bank number one is the bank that contains number one cylinder.

Cylinder #1 on right side.

- The first oxygen sensor in cylinder bank # 1 is numbered O2 Sensor 1/1.
- The second oxygen sensor in cylinder bank # 1 is numbered O2 Sensor 1/2.
- A third oxygen sensor in cylinder bank # 1 would be numbered O2 Sensor 1/3.
- The first oxygen sensor in cylinder bank # 2 is numbered O2 Sensor 2/1.
- The second oxygen sensor in cylinder bank # 2 is numbered O2 Sensor 1/1.

- If a V-6 or V-8 vehicle only uses one downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) it is numbered O2 Sensor 1/2, even if it uses two upstream HO2S.
