Did you find anything out for the tracks or screws...how to fix your phone? My husband is an elec engineer but before i mention this occured i want to see if you had another avenue for fixing this?

I'm Julie Ann and my e-mail is jam@kidzdata.com. Thanks a lot!

- Thanks for getting back to me. I bought mine very slightly used on Ebay and its been just fine for a few months so I may just explore buying another for parts or with scratches all over it or something and my husband can just fix it. I definitely love the phone for my purposes but I wouldn't put it in the hands of a young person either.

Nope, I ended up returning the phone to AT&T as part of the insurance deal and received a new phone. Although at the same time they told me that this insurance was mistakenly issued to me, and they canceled the policy. So far, the replacement phone is hanging in there. Although in the hands of a 15 yr old, I believe is a big risk for this complicated of a phone. At least mechanically complicated with a tendancy to break.
