Excessive water left in clothes after all washing is completed?

Almost like during the spin cycle water is not being drawn out of the clothes. Clothes are just soaking wet. Is there a problem with the pump that removes the water during the spin cycles? Is there a belt that may need to be changed?

You can go to this website and check to see if your washer is included in the pump recall. Also like the others have said- you could be putting too many clothes in at once. But I've read on several websites that others are having the same problem as you with their washers. I too have a Frigidaire Affinity but my model is ATF7000FS1. Fortunately I don't have any problems with mine. But I hope you do get a resolution to your problem.

There problem is a foreign object in the pump. You can get to it by leaning the washer back against the wall, disconnect it first of course, and going under the washer. There is a big gap there for that purpose. The pump is to the right as you are facing the washer. Remove the clamp, there may be a screw, and either use a flashlight or stick your fingers in there. Make sure its disconnected. I haven't done this myself but watched a repairman do it.

Ge toploadwasher that does not get water out of clothes after final spin

Could be that the spin cycle is not rotating at the required speed to wring out your clothes. Check that the cycle completes at a significant speed to generate centripetal acceleration forcing out the water. Perhaps the load is unbalanced which can trigger the spinning cycle to repeatedly stop during the spin cycle.

Ge washing machine fills up with water on spin cycle

Sounds like the timer is screwed... Sending out the wrong signals and the dryer is doing the rinse cycle when it should just be the spin cycle. Do t know what your timer looks like in that washer but most now days look like the picture. 11_11_2013_2_52_52_am.png

check the Lid safety switch, if its shorted the spin cycle won't work, so your left with wet clothes ,, you can jumper the 2 wires together to test the switch , if that makes the cycle work, Replace that switch

During the spin cycle water pours continuously like fill cycle

This problem is commonly attributed to either a water inlet valve leaking by, or a pressure switch malfunction. The following link explains how to diagnose the problem:

I've included parts sources (if required) and how to repair each problem. If you have any questions, please post back and let me know. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Excessive noise during the spin cycle. we have owned the washer for 16 months. problem started 1 wk. the machine is level.

It's noisy Most noises from a washing machine occur during the spin cycle. If you hear loud thumping during the spin, the load of clothes may have become unbalanced. Stop the washer and redistribute the clothes, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

The water runs during the spin cycle. The clothes

Does the water run through the ENTIRE spin cycle? There is a period where the water will run during the spin; This is called, the "Final Rinse". But it usually only runs for about 10 seconds then stops.

Excessive wobble

If there's a loud thumping noise during the spin cycle, the load of clothes has probably gotten unbalanced. Open the lid, redistribute the clothes in the washer, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

I have a Maytag Neptune Front Load Washer. It spins the water out of my clothes good, but when the Washer stops and I take my clothes out, when I spin the inside by hand I can hear water between the drum...

water sound when spinning by hand totally normal, they use water as a counter balance, built into tub assy. as far as the mod/midew odors a few things things can help, first make sure youre using an HE detergent(HE detergent specially formulated for front loading machines) odors can be attributed to excessive amounts of detergent not completely broken down during the cycles, leaving the door ajar between cycles will also promote better air flow through the unit. and lastly using this product. new to the market made just for the front loading washers .
