The problem may be of the sticky keys or of the keyboard. no else problem is seen in the keyboard.. so, if sticky keys are enabled, disable it from the accessibility options in control panel else change the keyboard !

Need to change my display from a comma to decimal

I don't know which particular calculator model you have, but for an HP-12C, the manual says the following:
Digit Separators
As a number is keyed in, each group of three digits to the left of the decimal point is automatically separated in the display. When the calculator is first turned on after coming from the factory - or after Continuous Memory is reset - the decimal point in displayed numbers is a dot, and the separator between each group of three digits is a comma. If you wish, you can set the calculator to display
a comma for the decimal point and a dot for the three-digit separator. To do so, turn the calculator off, then press and hold down the [.] key while you press [ON]. Doing so again sets the calculator to use the original digit separators in the display.

The comma does not work, I keep hitting and get nothing why

It depends what you want to do with it. The decimal marker (radix mark) is the dot (.). The comma is used in programing, and to separate arguments in command lines.

You'll note that the shifted function of the key is marked "./," which should serve as a reminder that this functions switches between comma and dot.

Fx-570 ES how can i get comma is the results for example 100,000,000. Comma after every three digits?

Sorry but you cannot. You can change the decimal mark from dot to comma but you cannot have the calculator separate the digits between thousands (thousands separator).

The decimal point is now a coma. How do I change it back?

Near the 0 key, the calculator has the markings dot forward slash comma in BLUE. Thus to change the decimal mark from dot to comma or from comma to dot, press the LEFT SHIFT Blue key, followed by 0. The radix mark will toggle from one to the other.

Cannot get rid of comma

It depends on the purpose of your trying to get rid of the comma. If the decimal mark (radix mark) is the comma, you can change it to the dot. If you just do not want to have the 3-digit separator, maybe you should get used to it, or buy another calculator.

To switch the radix (decimal) mark
Turn the calculator off, then press and hold down the [.] (dot) key while you press [ON]. Doing so again sets the calculator to use the original digit separators in the display.

500 x 16 reads 8.000,0 instead of 8,000.00

The calculator has two digit-separation marks: The dot [.] and the comma [,].
By default the decimal (radix) mark is the dot, and the comma serves as a 3-digit separator. In European countries (especially France) the radix mark is the comma and the 3-digit separator is the dot.

To switch the marks:
  1. Turn calculator OFF
  2. Press and HOLD the [.] key while pressing [ON].
