You just have to get the unlock code from your network operator....... For this you have two options..
OPTION # 1.... Contact your network operator and ask them to send you the unlock code........
OPTION # 2.... There are various site which will provide you unlock code at some price..... For this you have to provide them your IMEI no. (i.e. cell's serial no.) and network operator..... here I am giving you links of site......
You can do cost analysis of network provider and these sites and select the option which is cheaper.........
