Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact Saeco USA Inc. to locate a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light.

The pump must quit on its own.

Saeco Incanto power loss.

You either have two things i think, my first thought is a leak.
The two most usall leaks on a incanto is either from the boiler or the steamvalve.

alitle more long shot is a defective fuse on the bioler.
