Problem with the Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console PS3 says DNS error (80710102) when i try to connect to the internet with a wired connection

Try changing your DNS settings on the PS3 or on the router
Changing the DNS on your router: Go to 192.168.1.1 Default password is: admin Static DNS1: 208.67.222.222 Static DNS2: 208.67.220.220
Those DNS setting are from OpenDNS
After doing this, reconnect your PS3 to the router and set it to Automatically adjust the settings. Once you have reconnected, check if you are still having the DNS problem.
If you are still experiencing the problem, try changing the DNS directly from the PS3 Go to Internet Connection Settings and set everything to Auto except DNS When asked if you should set the DNS automatically, choose "Manual" Input the same DNS settings: Static DNS1: 208.67.222.222 Static DNS2: 208.67.220.220

Could someone pls help me to configure my Samsung GT-B7722. My network Sun Cellular (Philippines) says they do not have the setting for my phone model. Thank you!

Since Sun Cellular does not have specific settings for your phone for an automatic configuration, you can still connect to the internet by configuring your device manually. You just have to look for internet settings in your phone and input the configuration as indicated below.
SUN GPRS Settings (HTTP & WAP)

Connects to:The Internet
Access Point:minternet
User & Password :
Primary DNS:210.23.234.65
Secondary DNS:0.0.0.0
IP Address:

SUN MMS Settings

Connects to:MMS Connection
Access Point:mms
User & Password :
Primary DNS:0.0.0.0
Secondary DNS:0.0.0.0
IP Address:

Go to programs-accessories-MMS Setup

MMS Connection
IP:202.138.159.78
Port:9201
Mmsc Address:http://mmscenter.suncellular.com.ph
MMS Download:Auto

WLAN network could be set to WEP security. Try to turn off your WLAN switch and try it again. If it happens, HARD boot your console.

The dreaded DNS!! I hate that!!

Well, it does depend how close your system is to your router, WiFi or Ethernet. If WiFi doesn't work try the Ethernet. Have you tried reconfiguring the settings? For some reason sometimes the settings on the router will change by themselves. I have a WEP code on mine and every now and then I would get a DNS. I would go in and check the settings and the WEP setting was turned off! Make sure under the router settings you check the box that says "Changes can only be made by this computer". That helped me. Also if using WiFi, make sure you choose the right router name when you do the scan. Also, does it ask you to open ports??? If those don't work get back to me and we'll try some more solutions. I hope this helps you.

Good luck and happy gaming!!

Wireless 3crusb10075 problem

Sounds as if your router may need to be set to enable wireless connection and enable DHCP, this alocates your wireless adapter an I.P Address automatically. If this is alraedy the case, check the properties of your adapter to see if it's set to recieve I.P address automatically. If still no joy find your routers I.P. address and DNS address (this is what you type in your web browser to set it up). If your router is 192.168.2.1 or similair, set your adapter at 192.168.2.2 and the same DNS address normally 255.255.255.0. Restart both pc and router and try again. Also make sure network sharing has been set up via the XP wizard.
