Curve troubleshooting

I think you should replace your phone's battery. At low charge or defect batteries, smart phones tend to malfunction or slow.

Why won't the battery charge?

3 logical possibilities comes to mind: 1) Battery is faulty. 2) Charger is bad, not connected to an active wall outlet or not making good connection with the tablet. 3) There is a software issue, possibly with the application that shows the battery status.

Even i face the same issue.. The battery starts discharging as soon as the phone is removed from charging Looses charge by 22% within 15 minutes..

you have a bad battery. the best solution is to replace the battery.
to extend the battery life you can close background applications and turn of the screen, in this case that most lightly wont help a lit though.

Make sure always bluetooth and camera shutter turned off.
set brightness(senser ) to minimum,
Try to charge battery after full empty of battery,
Only charge 2 and half hours maximum,
Buy a genuine battery(original).
Make sure all application closed (Minimisation of applications cause charge removal),(Press and hold menu key show if threre is any applications works on background),

My samsung t301g wont turn on. Its been on the charger all night all it does is lights up starts to say charging battery and then dies I tried another battery and another charger still wont start up and...

WON'T TURN ON

Hi,when a phone does not come on, it is either the battery of the phone is dead,
might need to be charge or replaced with another battery.

you can use another battery to test if it is the battery the fault.

The other thing to check is if the phone memory is weak and may need to be restored
back the phone memory.
will need to be flashed.

Hi, when a phone won't turn on or blinks red light, it 's either the battery cell
if too weak to power up the phone all application you downloaded on the phone has
VIRUS and has affected the phone memory.

First Charge the battery forlonger hours before using another battery to confirm
if the battery cell is the problem.

If not battery, in think you will have to flash the phone memory for it to come back to life.
You can use the link below to know about how to flash the phone.

Take care.

My phone is on but the screen is black. Light still red, doesn't start

Hi,

Did you download from the internet?.If yes, that means it has been affected by virus by installing or downloading an application.

You can also check the battery too, cause the cell of the battery might be weak and needs to be charged.charge the battery for a long time and see if it will come up, or get a spare battery to check.

Have a nice day.

My blackberry bold won't turn on at all

Hi,

I suggest you to check the battery status.
If the battery is not charged completely handheld does not turn on.
If the battery is fully charged and still the phone is unable to turn on, then check with the other battery.

Inspite of that you are facing the same problem, visit the outlet from where you have purchased the handheld to service.

I Hope it helped you.
Thank you for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
