Question about Logitech 967437-0403 Keyboard
Make sure that the num lock light indicator is on otherwise press Num Lock.
If it still fails, I believe you have a defective keyboard. If it is under the warranty, call the manufacturer's support.
Hope this helps!

Tips for a great answer:

The keyboard takes a lot of abuse and as durable as it is, they will eventually wear out. It is a very inexpensive part to replace and does not require a lot of skill. The fact that the touch pad is acting up could indicate that they are interconnected. I would replace both. The Touch pad is a more involved part to replace and I would suggest you get some help or pay to have it replaced.
You can order them off of sites like eBay, then watch a YouTube video on how to do it.
