I have switched monitors between computers to try to eliminate possible causes.
the AOpen monitor flashes green light for 5-10 minutes then goes to solid yellow.
Plugging another monitor into the AOpen's computer works fine.
AOpen shows same symptoms when moved to another computer that works with other monitor.
Placed call to AOpen tech support but there hours are 7-7 and although it is a few minutes after 7am they are still on the recorded announcement that they are closed. Will try again.
Anybody know a solution to this problem? The monitor worked last night but not this morning?
I had the same problem with an AOPEN 17' lcd that was left behind at a rental property... I plugged it into my dell dimmension 4400 in place of my old analog. It worked fine the fist night, and got up and when turned it on again it had the famed green blinking power light. I switched back to the analog, and just disappointed I plugged in the AOPEN to another power source, and power came on a steady red light. I plugged it back into the puta and it came on again. I have not turned the monitor off again for fear of the blinks, and has been working great for close to a week now. Hope it helps someone else out there. Richard

Try booting up the system with the monitor hooked up to the computer, and the monitor unplugged from power source. After the computer has booted plug the monitor into power source. Worked for me, and if try to boot puta with monitor on, it goes back to green blinking light.... Richard
