It was immersed in pond water yesterday for an unknown period of time. Took it all apart and left out to dry overnight. It isn't coming back on.

When my cellphone was immersed in a pool, i let it dry for hours. Finally, I blew dry it and it came back on. Don't use the warm option, it may toast the lcd screen.

If it is not coming back on, you may want to take it to a repair center.

What do you do if your Tracfone gets wet

If it's only on the outside, I'd just wipe it clean.
If it's worse I'd immediately remove the battery, wipe everything down with a towel, and let it dry completely. I'm in a dry location so letting it sit overnight would do it; if you're in a humid environment you might want to put it in a bowl of uncooked rice to absorb the water.

Only after it's completely dry would I put the battery back in and see if it works. If it does, great. If not, then it's time to consider getting a new phone. It's all a matter of how much water got into it and for how long.

The above is for fresh water. If the phone got immersed in salt water, I'd remove the battery, wipe the phone dry, quickly rinse it in fresh water, wipe it dry again, and let it dry completely.

My skycaddie was immersed in water. Battery shorted. will not recharge. unit dried. Do I just need a new battery?

if the device got wet while the power was on` it most likely shorted out components in the device and you will need a new one. if its worth your time and money you can try purchasing a new battery, but chances are the device still has water inside and is shorting it still. dis assembly and inspection of inside cavity is the only way to guarantee that it really is DRY completely, but is illogical to try to take these devices apart ~ electronics dropped in water have to pretty much be called defective after immersed.
sorry .thats probably the wrong answer. but its 100% truth

Dropped my digital camera in pool I let it dry overnight replaced battery and nothing happened what else can I do

I am sorry but once any electronic equipment and water intermix, there is an immediate irreversible chemical reaction, at circuit board level. and this renders the unit totally unrecoverable, in any normal sense, you see current goes through the water to places it never usually would. No amount of drying out or anything can fix it, as I related, there is an instant reaction, especially if ON at the time of immersion, that totally ruins the unit.

MY mobile motorola c390 was immersed in water for 4hrs

You can try putting your mobile in a bowl of uncooked rice, as it will take out any moisture in the phone. You will most likely have to leave it in there for a few days, however, to ensure that the moisture is completely out of the phone.

We left the freezer door open all night by accident two days ago

I turned the fridge side off on mine, and left it overnight (last night!). This morning there is frozen stuff in the freezer. I think the compressor motor just needed ALOT of time to cool down b4 it would work properly again
