Question about Lenovo ThinkPad X301 Notebook
Hi coronado70, try to power drain the pc.
Turn off the pc, unplug all cables from the PC. If this is a laptop, remove the battery. If this is a desktop, proceed to this next step:
push and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Then plug back all the cables to the pc (including battery if it is laptop)
turn on pc, then try to press the prtsc by pressing FN.
