Question about Televison & Video
I have a 42" RCA projection TV where the picture goes out intermittently but the sound is fine. When I turn the TV off and back on it'll play fine but there's no telling when the picture will go out again. Also doing the Fred Sandford, hit to the right-hand side of the cabinet brings the picture back as well.
Resolder the vertical output IC . bad solder there can make the CRTs blank for protection and you will lose the picture when the vertical drops out.
