There are no grease fittings that I know of, I know mine doesn't have any, I would blame the trouble on a belt, or a blade. And if that doesn't do it, I would look at the bearings on the shaft. But that being the best saw made, as far as I'm concerned, You shouldn't have any problem. If it was a delta, you would be buying a boat just to dump the saw in the ocean. Hope this helps.

The clutch is difficult to remove, it was not lubricated when built. Is there a way of getting the clutch off when it is dry?

You talking about a manual clutch? Pry the pressure plate off after the bolts are removed. The guide pins rust. Do not use lube to reinstall it. Any type of lube on the flywheel, clutch, or pressure plate will cause premature failure. The only lube is for the throw out bearing to the transmission shaft. and some on the pivot point of the throw out arm.

1991geo prism lubrication points

old post, and one of them hard , asking for whole book.
PRIZM , 2nd year, its toyota corolla for sure.
lost the operators guide? chapter 7 covers all that.
buy one ?
as in grease? (points?) or all dino oil lub points.
you need a count, sorry I never do counts..
lubrication is and huge wild field (as in)
we even oil hinges... on all cars.... so.>> why not just read the book yourself, I cant paste in chapter 7 here, sorry.
engine oil is not grease, nor axle lube or transmission
why not ask by category.

suspension (none)
or drive line. sure...
engine and trans yes, and axles yes
the operators guide tells all this.
axle bearings , sure, some bearing can be greased,
some cant, depends on what's there. (sealed bearings happen)
hinges, sure. ,cables yes,
transaxle fluid (lube) sure.
why not ask this in a more clear and simple way
what lubrication points are unique to this car,
answer, none.

read any service guide on any car, and bingo, same.
same for same. FWD car for FWD car.
same... 40million strong. now.

page 7-7 has many lub points, shift linkages
park cable guides
underbody contact points it says.
there are 40million corollas made
all have owners manuasl, Id bet most all of them read the same.
i have 95 manual. here, and see NOTHING unique.
SOP standard operating procedures and service.

1) lube the deck belt inmediately
2) Lube the rollers bearing too
3) measure theinput voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
4) Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are not the board is faulty. see the block diagram
God bless you

Are there front-end grease joints that need lube periodically or are they sealed and don't require fresh grease?

There are places to lubricate the joints and such in the front end. The ball joints certainly have lube points if nothing else does. Anything that could be metal to metal contact needs periodic lubrication. Check your owners manual for Lubrication types. Most are using a molediumdysulfide based lubricant in the newer vehicles. It is easily available at Walmart and most auto parts stores. Just don't use a graphite based Lube unless it is specifically called for. If your owners manual is short on information on this you should pick up a Haynes repair manual on your vehicle. It will specify lube points and intervals and what type of lubrication to use.

Lube and oil change schedule requirements

Usually you want to change the oil every 3,000-5,000 miles. Have the lower ball joints and outer tierod ends, if they have grease fittings.

It is saying schedule maintance see owners manual

The manual should point out specifics but this is usually a message that is generated by the miles on the mill. Most important maintenance on a treadmill is keeping belt lubed. We also vac under the hood( motor area) to get out dust, lent and debris. and lube elevation mech. Check owners manual for type of belt lubricant.
