Any phone, tablet or wireless end device can connect to a wireless router given that the devices have wireless features. You also must have active wireless internet connection. As long as the wireless settings on the router is ok,that means that anytime you want to connect wirelessly you shouldve access doing so. If you want to connect your mobile phone for the internet via network cable, theres no way you can do it. Wirelessly is the only way for you to got internet connection via router.
Hi, Switch on the Mobile Internet from the settings->Wireless & Networks->Mobile Network->Data Enabled.[note: Connect the usb cable to the PC. Don't use it as Mass Storage.] Enable USB Tethering from the settings->Wireless & Networks->Tethering & Portable hotspot->USB Tethering. Now you can browse from PC via Optimus.
Yes you can, at least for verizon wireless tethering cost 29.99 on top of your plan, if you are interested please contact me at 815-931-8308 and ask for Dave i'll be happy to turn the feature on for you.
I think back years ago for what I paid for full landline phone service, dial-up for Internet, limited cell service and cable service.
Even though it feels like a lot of $$$, these days, I am getting so much more for my $$$ (not to say that it's inexpensive).
I have Verizon service, also and have the "works" with my Blackberry, including data and VZNavigator. But, I have dropped my landline service (really don't need it anymore) and do have cable service (I use Comcast) and Verizon DSL.
Altogether, I think I'm paying about the same as years ago with higher technology, portability and convenience.
My advice to you is this: really evaluate what you need, rather than what you want. Compare providers side by side with your needs in mind.
