Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I am trying to use the sim card and my current payment plans with boost on my old at&t phone that i got unlocked, but i need to know how to make that work..

the sim card is still tied to the previous service provider
get a new sim card from your new service provider
keep the plastic card that the sim card is attached to as there is the PUK code that you will need to open the phone stamped on that plastic card

Wont pick up boost sim card and it works on a motorola phone now

Boost Mobile usees IDEN Technology which IS NOT compatible with GSM phones, they are two different systems and Boost/Nextel are the only comany in the US that are using the technology, Although some Nextel phones are cross compatible the list is very small, you will need an Iden Phone such as the motorola i425 for your boost mobile sim card

Just bought a used motorola i425 where can I purchase the sim card

The SIM is based off of the network you are using, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. You would purchase it from a store of theirs.

My i425 wont power up at all and when i put it on the charger it says device attatched but keeps saying battery low?? why?

First of all, lmauala1986, you say it's a i425, but the picture is of a i415. Anyway, it sounds like you may have a bad battery, if that's the case you should try a new (NOT USED) Motorola™ Battery (NOT a generic equivalent). Or, maybe the battery contacts (both on the battery, itself and inside the phone) could be dirty and maybe they could just use a good cleaning with a cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol. Hope this helps.

Need Boost SIM card to work in Nextel Motorola Buzz+ ic602 phone.

I called Boost support about the same issue and I was told that that particular phone and any other Ic series phone by motorola will not work with Boost Mobile. There was also a few other phones that will not work. Try calling thier support line and requesting the list of phones that won't work. Good luck.

Want to use Boost Phone i425t (Pay as you go) with my Nextel SIM Card

When you are using a Nextel sim card in a Boost phone, The Boost phone recognizes that it is not the alotted sim and will automatically lock up. This doesn't happen in all cases but it does happen often. There is no way to fix this issue besides replacing the phone, which you can do through warranty if you can not return it to the store.
